Nicolas Faure's Meuilley: Small Production, Big Character

Meuilley, situated near the renowned Nuits-Saint-Georges in Côte de Nuits, has a unique winemaker - Nicolas Faure. Unlike many winemakers with family legacies,  having worked at esteemed Burgundy domaines like the DRC and Prieuré-Roch, also Jean-Louis Chave at Rhone Valley. Nicolas has integrated these invaluable experiences into his winemaking style.

如今，Nicolas嚴格遵循有機種植標準，使用直立式壓榨機，將整串葡萄發酵，將人為幹預降至最低。酒莊年均產量約3,000-5,000瓶，風格兼具活力與優雅。

Today, Nicolas is committed to organic viticulture. By employing traditional vertical presses and whole-cluster fermentation, he minimizes human intervention. With an annual output of only 3,000-5,000 bottles, his wines achieve perfect balance between energy and elegance.
