J.L. Vergnon Rosemotion Extra Brut Grand Cru, NV, 750ML

For five generation, nearly two centuries, the house that shelters today the Champagne JL Vergnon is owned by the same family. J.L. Vergnon champagnes are made only with domaine grown grapes and vinified in in their house at le Mesnil sur Oger.
Only Chardonnay is grown, blending more of 20 parcels. Planted in majority with old vines of over 30 years on average.

90% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir

Blending : 20% of reserved wine aged 3 month in oak barrels and 80% of single year in steel tank + 10% of Pinot Noir from Mailly Grand Cru. Chardonnay from Mesnil s/ Oger, Oger et Avize.

Dosage 3gr/l | No Malolactic

Production: 2000 bottles. Disgorged in 2021
