Moët's white golden NV Imperial Brut is made up of equal parts Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (30% to 40% of each) and a lower component of Chardonnay. Bright and fresh fruit scents of yellow apples, ripe pears, and lemons, together with flowery flavours and a hint of stones and almond croissant, lead to a medium-bodied, elegant, relatively powerful, and well-structured tongue with great freshness and abundant fruit. The finish exhibits a stimulating grip and a mild sweetness (dosage is nine grammes per litre). Very excellent and less sugary than previous years.
