Since 2015 the wines produced by Achille Boroli are tasted and tunedby Luca Gardini, the best Sommelier in the World in 2010.
Vineyard located in the Comune di La Morra, covering a surface of 1.3 hectares, planted with 30 years old vines in average, mainly in Sandy soils. A very unique and warm micro climate.
100% Nebbiolo fully destemmed, macerated for 20-25 days, fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, and aged in large oak vats (1000-1500L), for 18 months and another 1 years in bottle before release.
