Established in 1999, Lucien Le Moine reflects a profound bond with Burgundy's seasons and inhabitants. Mounir's winemaking genesis in a Trappist Monastery nurtured his love for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. After training and work across viticulture regions, he, alongside Rotem, founded Lucien Le Moine, selecting Grands and Premiers Crus from Côte d’Or annually.
Their meticulous craftsmanship, from early wine selection to bespoke barrel aging, ensures wines untouched by fining or filtration. This hands-on approach, driven by a devotion to quality, results in wines that encapsulate Burgundy's essence—a testament to tradition and an unwavering commitment to exceptional winemaking.
