1. Participants must be fans of the 'Madison Wine' Instagram & Facebook pages and be at least 18 years old. Participants of this event acknowledge that they understand and are willing to abide by the terms and conditions set by Madison Wine. This event is not sponsored, supported, or managed by Facebook and is not affiliated with Facebook.
2. The campaign starts from the time posted on 4th December 2023 (Mon) and ends on 13th December 2023 (Wed) at 2:00 p.m. All campaign-related dates and times are based on Hong Kong time (GMT +8) and this promotion is only available in Hong Kong.
3. One entry per person, duplicate entries do not count.
4. Participants who do not comply with or breach the terms and conditions will be disqualified.
5. Comment is considered valid only if it has successfully completed the specified requirements. Comments left on specific Facebook posts will be considered valid. Comments left on Instagram posts, Facebook story, or Instagram story will not be accepted.
6. Madison Wine will notify winners via facebook private message and winners must reply within 48 hours or they will be disqualified.
7. The number of "Likes" received on comments of a Facebook post will be counted from 4th December 2023 (Mon) to 13th December 2023 (Wed) at 2:00 p.m. Please note that any "Likes" received after 13th December 2023 (Wed) at 2:00 p.m. will not be included in the final count.
8. The winners have to present their redemption message and the original HKID in person at Madison Wine’s specified venue to redeem the Campaign Prize, no later than 21st December 2023 (Thur) at 5:30 p.m.. Madison Wine reserves the right to change the Campaign Prize redemption date(s) and/or method at any time.
9. By redeeming and accepting the Campaign Prizes, each winner grants Madison Wine full, global, royalty-free, and perpetual rights to take videos and/or photographs of the winner and use the images resulting from the videography and/or photography, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for marketing and promotional and/or publicity purposes. This includes but is not limited to, the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, and press releases.
10. The Campaign Prizes are non-transferable or non-exchangeable for cash. Madison Wine reserves the right to offer an alternative prize as a replacement without prior announcement. A winner shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund, or alternative prize due to a failure to redeem or claim a Campaign Prize.
11. You agree and acknowledge that if you are selected as a winner, your facebook username will be shown publicly in an announcement post on our Official IG and Facebook Account on Result Announcement Date.
12. In case of disputes, Madison Wine reserves the rights of the final decision, including suspending, terminating, or changing details of The Activity and its terms and conditions without prior notice.

9. 得獎者成功領取禮品，即代表得獎者允許Madison Wine拍攝其領獎照片及/或影片，並免使用費的、永久的及無限制的在全球範圍内以任何形式使用、複製或編輯其領獎照片及/或影片作行銷和促銷和/或宣傳目​​的，使用範圍包括但不限於用於線上或線下、社交媒體及新聞發布。
