【1】Brie and Burgundy Red

The "King of Cheeses," Brie, delights the palate with its slightly acidic taste. Not only can it be enjoyed on its own, but it also pairs well with bread, biscuits or dried fruits. When it comes to selecting wines pairing Brie, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling are the obvious choices.

Hospices De Beaune was founded in 1443 as a hospital for the public which provided medical care to the public. The hospital owns approximately 60 hectares of vineyards, including Grand Cru and Premier Cru, all of which are donated. Over the years, the hospital has held 163 auctions of its wines, with all proceeds dedicated to healthcare and charitable causes.

大家總會稱呼Hospices De Beaune出品的酒為「醫院酒」,因為Hospices de Beaune 是一所成立於1443年的濟貧醫院,為大眾提供醫療服務。醫院擁有大概60公頃葡萄田其中不乏特級田 (Grand Cru) 及一級田 (Premier Cru),全部均來自各界捐贈,且醫院都會將自家釀製的葡萄酒進行拍賣,至今已舉辦了163屆,收益全數用於醫療及慈善。

【2】Emmental and Southern Rhone Red

British Scone, with a rich buttery aroma and just perfect saltiness, is a common course in afternoon tea. Round in shape, a crispy outer layer and a soft and spongy inner texture. When paired with Hungarian Oremus Tokaji Aszu 6 Puttonyos, 2013, the honey-like sweetness intertwines with the buttery, crispy flavour, adding a sweet embellishment to an Easter gathering.

Only in good years with abundant summer rains and sunny early autumn weather can the precious Aszú noble sweet wine be crafted, as these are the necessary conditions for the growth of the noble rot fungus, "Botrytis cinérea". The higher the sweetness of the noble sweet wine, the higher its value. Among them, the top-tier Puttonyos Eszencia can reach an astonishing sugar content of 450 grams per litre.

The vineyards follow organic and biodynamic practices, resulting in a full-bodied wine with concentrated flavours of black cherry, a rich mouthfeel, and smooth tannins. The cuvée was previously named la Création but was renamed for legal reasons.

La Genese 是一款獨特的葡萄酒,由生長在 Lirac 沙質土壤和 Chateauneuf du Pape 石質土壤中的老藤 Grenache 葡萄以等量混合釀造而成。這些葡萄共同在一個大型 Cocciopesto 容器中(也被稱為陶土酒桶)進行發酵和陳釀。這種容器的應用可追溯到羅馬時代,是由石片、碎黏土、沙子和水泥粘合劑混合製成,為釀酒過程創造了一個最佳環境,並添加一層獨特的風味。

 Spanish Iberico ham is an evenly marbled and richly flavoured ham that is typically cured for 24-48 months. Wines from the Cornas region in the Northern Rhone showcase impressive spicy, chocolatey, and earthy aromas that beautifully complement the sweetness of the ham.

Pur Granit is a 1-hectare Syrah vineyard. The high altitude and purity of the granite soils contribute to a wine of exceptional style. Its spice-driven aromas and pronounced mineral flavours make a lasting impression, particularly remarkable given the young age of the vines.
