- 此優惠僅適用於Madison Wine官方網店。
- 優惠只適用於”Super Easter Offer”系列內以原價發售之商品，不可與其他推廣優惠或現金券同時使用。
- 客戶需要在結帳時，在優惠券欄位輸入優惠代碼，系統會自動折抵金額。
- 配送服務將由Madison Wine Club或順豐速運【本地冷運配送服務(酒類溫控)】提供。送貨範圍僅限於香港島、九龍和新界，不包括離島、機場、受限區域(禁區)、愉景灣和郵政信箱號碼。
- 如有任何爭議，Madison Wine Club Limited保留最終決定權。
