Mouzon Leroux

The family has been established in Champagne since 1776, and the first bottling with the domaine labels started to be sold in 1930.

Currently Sebastien Mouzon the 9th generation of the Mouzon family to grow grapes in Verzy runs this 7.5ha domaine.

After finishing his studies in oenology and viticulture Sebastien spent a year working in Burgundy, which helped him to expand his understanding of the use of oak for fermentation and maturation.

In 2008 he started the conversion to biodynamic farming, which was completed in 2011. The domaine is currently certified organic and biodynamic by Demeter.

Charles Van Canneyt

In 2012 Charles started his micro-negociant operation in partnership with Johan Björklund, who’s a former wine merchant and how runs the famous Bistro de L'Hotel de Beaune.

Nowadays he source grapes from multiple appellations from Chablis to the Cote de Beaune, including grand crus like Chambertin, Clos de Beze, Bonnes Mares, Corton and Chablis Les Clos, top 1er crus such as Les St Georges, Santenots, La Richemone, village Morey-St-Denis, and Gevrey Chambertin and Bourgogne.

The wines are light bodied, with moderate alcohol levels, fresh acidity and a gentle oak influence.

Lionnet - Cornas

Lionnet is a 3.8 hectares domaine run by a family that has been growing grapes in Cornas since 1575.

In 2003 Corine Lionnet took over the domaine after her father retirement, and with the help of her husband Ludovic Izerable converted the vineyards into organic farming and since 2009 is certified organic by Ecocert.

The wines are produced from 5 parcels of old vines planted in Granitic soils at 300m of altitude, and made in a very traditional way with the Syrah fermented with 100% whole cluster in concrete tanks and aged in demi muids.

These are very pure Syrah, with an intense floral, and black fruits notes, silky tannins, impressive concentration and a floral infused finish.

Very limited production.

Raymond Usseglio et Fils

Currently managed by Stephane Usseglio, he is 3rd generation of the family to work in the domaine. The estate founded in 1931 by Francis Usseglio, now farms around 30 hectares of vineyards spread between Chateauneuf du Pape, Cotes du Rhone, Lirac and Ventoux, all certified organic and biodynamic.

In the Chateauneuf du Pape appellation the domaine owns over 33 parcels of vines farmed in a diversity of soils and exposures (sand and pebbles), and a considerable amount are grown in the famous "La Crau" lieux dit.

Most of the wines are produced with fruit from very old vines, with the Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Imperiale being made exclusively from vines that are over 100 years old.

Every Chateauneuf cuvee has its own identity, and different methods of fermentation and elevage, varying between cement, barrels, demi muids and terracotta amphoras.

Stephane also produce a unique Chateauneuf Blanc made from 100% Roussane and a rare Chateauneuf Blanc made from 100% Clairette only bottled in magnums.

The domaine is considered one of the best of the appellation, producing exceptional wines in every vintage.

Founded in 2012 by the film producer Mark Tarlov, who started Evening Land and Chapter 24 Wines, Rose & Arrow was developed with the help of the terroir specialist Pedro Parra, and Louis Michel Liger Belair as a consultant winemaker. The wines are produced in very small quantities and segregated by soil composition.

Jessiaume

Located in Santenay, in the Côte de Beaune, the Domaine Jessiaume is in the heart of the Burgundy wine region. 15 hectares of vines are spread over the communes of Beaune, Pommard, Volnay, Auxey-Duresses and Santenay.

After the acquisition of the domaine by Dr Bigot, they have converted to organic viticulture and the use of gentle methods to achieve a high level of quality the domaine interfere as little as possible on the wines and favor as much as possible the work by gravity, the natural clarification and the use of low doses of sulfites.

Morgen Long

After having worked in Central Otago, Oregon, California and Burgundy, Seth established Morgen Long in 2014 with a single plot of Chardonnay. His focus in single vineyard, single variety instigated the curiosity of wine enthusiasts and wine critics alike, and he quickly became a hit.

His wines are made in a clear similarity with Burgundian Chardonnay, using techniques in the cellar that are common to Coche Dury and Jean Marc Roulot, among other top Burgundy Chardonnay experts.

Ampeleia

Established in 2002 in Roccatederighi, a medieval town in the province of Grosseto (Tuscan Coast), Ampeleia is managed by a group of young people including Elisabetta Foradori and Marco Tait, who took the reins when he was just 22.
The 40 hectares of vineyards of Ampeleia are certified organic and cultivated biodynamically. A model of biodiversity, they are planted on three different levels of altitude varying from 200 to 600 meters above sea level.
The character of Ampeleia has its roots in Cabernet Franc, the grape variety that best expresses the identity of the terroirs, while at the same time telling its story.
Apart from Cabernet Franc, other varietals are used to produce the range of wines from Ampeleia, including Alicante (Grenache), Mourvedre, Carignano, Sangiovese and Alicante Bouschet.
