Moriko is one of oldest sake breweries in Yamaguchi Prefecture. They pioneered to introduce chilled sake-drinking, which was revolutionary to the traditional consumption under room temperature. Moriko Cho Tokusen Junmai Daiginjo is made by 100% Yamada Nishiki Rice with rice polish ratio of 35%, and has won numerous accolades in Japan and USA.
