100% Chenin Blanc (Dry)
Located in Savennières, the Croix Picot is a 2.4ha parcel planted in sandstone schist and aeolian sands soils.
The average age of the vines is 25 years, and yields 35hl/ha.
The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled vats and does not complete malolactic fermentation.
Maturation is done for 12 months on 15% new French oak barrels on its lees with 4 months of lees stirring, plus 6 months in large vats.
