The history of domaine Latour-Giraud extends over three centuries and goes up at the end of XVII. The current generation in charge is Jean-Pierre Latour who first started working in the cellar back in 1983, then took over the domaine in 93.
Latour Giraud covers 10ha of vineyards, producing roughly 80% whites and 20 % reds.
Fruit from Meursault and Auxey-Duresses
The whites are whole-bunch pressed, tank fermented and aged for 12 months in neutral oak.
