Brutal is produced from 1 barrel of Chenin Blanc from Swartland. Dry farmed vineyard.
It spends 10 days with skin contact and no other additions are made to this wine.
This wine is not filtered or finned resulting in a bright orange color that is cloudy due to the presence of natural occurring yeast and grape skins.
It's recommended to let the bottle stand for 6h before drinking. The residual CO2 will dissipate naturally over the consumption of the bottle. It can also be decanted to help aerate quickly.
