Chouilly, the most northern Grand Cru village in the Côte des Blancs, is the birthplace of the Legras-Haas family and the foundation of their wines. The family cultivates 18 hectares of vines in these outstanding hills.
The Champagne is fermented in stainless steel, malolactic is completed 100%, and the wine is racked once malolactic is finished. The Extra Brut mature for 5 years on its lees.
The fruit for the Extra Brut comes from the parcel on the top of the hills in Chouilly, from a more saline and chalky rich soil.
