Winemaking Winery

Beaune Blanc En Montagne Saint-Desire - This parcel is bordering the 1er Cru Clos de Mouches, and produce wines that have a fresh and mineral character with a round texture that comes with bottle ageing.

100% Chardonnay, from a single parcel of young vines of around 12 years of age.

The must is fermented without the addition of SO2, with wild yeast. Malolactic is completed 100%. Matured for 11 months in French oak.
