ROY Estate


On the eastern side of Napa Valley, in the foothills of the Vaca Mountains, there is a secluded vineyard – the vineyard of ROY Estate. The mission of ROY Estate is to produce the very best wines possible from this tiny valley within a valley.

ROY Estate has the best of both New and Old World wine characteristics: bright, luscious, layered California fruit and the elegance, finesse and purity of a first growth Bordeaux.


Their 2 wines are handcrafted with uncompromising quality:

Proprietary Red Wine – Cabernet Sauvignon blended with Merlot and a small amount of Petit Verdot. Bordeaux-like notes of black currants, chocolate, underbrush and some background oak, with beautiful sweet fruit, striking elegance, well integrated acidity and a dense ruby/purple colour, a long lived wine.

Cabernet Sauvignon – Cabernet Sauvignon with a touch of Petit Verdot. Surprisingly soft but complex, offering notes damp earth, black currants, incense, cedar and spice. It has excellent fruit purity and charming texture as well as amazing concentration and length. The equilibrium and balance suggest it will last for decades.
